Managing your Appruve account

All account management settings are found under Settings on the Left Navigation Menu

You can update your Appruve user account and business information by clicking on the Account Details link

You can add users to your account by clicking on the Users link and click the Invite User button to fill the invitation form below.

Is it possible to track user activity on my account?

Yes, it is possible to track user authentication for data exchanges, sessions, and requests on the platform. We use a token-based authentication system based on SSL/TLS protocols which grant limited access to our APIs based on OAUTH2 tokens.
All data requests are encrypted using https standards.

Can I delete or suspend my account?

You can suspend/ Delete your Appruve account anytime. Go to the dashboard home page, click 'login'.
Log in and click 'Settings' and select “Suspend account/Delete account”.
You will need to confirm you wish to proceed.
If you want to reinstate your account later, you can email support@appruve.co.

How do I reset my password on my Appruve account?

You can reset your password at any time by clicking the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
Type in your user email address, and click Submit.

What if I cannot find my password reset email?

If you cannot find the password reset email that has been sent to your inbox, please check your email spam or junk folder as there are rare occasions where it can be sent there.

If you still cannot find the password reset email in any of these folders, and you are using a custom email address, for example, info@mybusiness.com; you will need to reach out to your email service provider or hosting company to ensure your server isn't blocking our emails.

If you have done all this and you still cannot receive password reset emails, please reach out to us at support@appruve.co or fill out the contact form on our website.
